	First, about domination - it is available but it is Blaise that
	does the domination, not the other way round as this report
	indicates. She was concerned about this report and the problem of
	expectations it might raise that would not be fulfilled.

	Second, for 40 pounds you get about ~15 minutes and can come
	once.  For 60 pounds you get ~30 minutes and can come as many times
