In Latvia prostitution is legal and advertised.  I bought a newspaper,
found the nearest brothel, and called to inquire.  The rate was $40 per
hour, and the manager brought two girls to choose from within 30
minutes.  The one I picked was only 18 (she looked a little older), and
we agreed the manager would pick her up an hour and a half later.
Compared with the Kazakh girl, she was colder and a little too
professional for my taste.  I did order her again few days later, and
since this time I had to wait two hours, we agreed for all night for
$100.  All in all, not as enjoyable.
