Prostitutes and johns are being busted in Costa Mesa.  The hooker's
clothes are being confiscated to be used as evidence and the girls
are given white tyvex environmental suits to wear when they are
released.  This seems like cruel and inhumane punishment.  Are these
ladies having their civil rights violated?
